HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We mostly ship our order from USA. Your item may take 1-2 weeks to arrive in USA and Canada, and it can take up to 2-4 week depending on the country. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.
HOW DOES DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
1. PROCESSING TIME: Order verification, quality check and packaging.
- All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- The manufacturer and post company process the orders, which takes an additional 2 days.
2. SHIPPING TIME: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- United State and Canada orders are shipped by e-Packet, an US Postal Service product and usually takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive.
